My Protector

So starting this post is something that I feel Holy Spirit has been pushing me to do for sometime now but I am just getting around to do it. It is time for me to be obedient and step into what God has for me as well as for you! I have so many ideas that I have been jotting down to share with everyone, but this has just been a slow process. By slow process I mean it has been me not wanting to put the time in because when I get home from work I feel so drained and do not feel like doing anything. So I just eat dinner and watch TV until it is time to go to bed. The other day God told me that he has a big plan for me but I have to take that first step in His path to get everything going. I will be raw and transparent with you all because I want you all to know that you are not alone! What better way to get this blog started than introducing myself. So my name is Charolette and I got married to my husband a month after I graduated. We will be hitting the 20 year mark this year! In that same year, I got pregnant with our son, whom will be graduating this year and leaving for the Army. Then we had 2 more kiddos (both girls) almost all about 3 years apart. My oldest daughter is a sophomore and plays softball, so she keeps us busy. My youngest, is in 7th grade, and she loves music! She sings, plays the clarinet, as well as the piano. All three have completely different personalities. I am a nurse, which is something I am passionate about as I get to really help others. We have 4 dogs, chickens, ducks, a rabbit, and a cat. My husband and I have a great marriage, it was not always that way…but I will get to that later. Marriage is work but if you do not have God at the forefront then it makes it even harder. I want to take you on a journey of my childhood and how much I have changed from all my hurts in life. My biggest one being the loss of my dad 3 years ago. That will be a testimony that you will need a tissue for. Along with my own testimony, I also want to reach out to others and have them share their testimonies with you all. I want to show how much God has changed so many lives! I also want to incorporate things that I hear or read verses my take on it. Mainly why people turn a different way than to God. If you are on the fence about really building a relationship with God, then you are in the right place! I want to share how you can so you too can hear Him and see Holy Spirit move in your life just as He has in mine. Lastly, I want to share not only this journey that God has me on but also my picture taking journey. Guys, I can’t make this stuff up and I promise you, you are gonna be blown away!
