To start this blog, I have to start back before I went to Fully Alive, (an amazing church event that I would love to share with you someday.) I started my side business that was not going anywhere, mainly because I did not know what I was doing so I was not properly marketing what I was selling. I thought, “that is posted, now I just have to wait until it sells.” But not thinking about taking said product and do more advertising with it. I also made every excuse under the book as to why I can’t build my brand, main one being that I did not have a lot of money to invest (which I did not, but what I didn’t know was what God had planned for my family and I, I did not need a lot of money to invest.)
The beginning of my journey:
Let’s fast forward to when I was at Fully Alive. Holy Spirit was downloading so many things in me that weekend and before I had went, one specific thing that I had prayed for was what I needed to do with my side business, that was going no where fast! I was having my quiet time with the Lord and I heard plain as day that I needed to quick posting the products I was sharing. About that time I looked over to find a bee pollinating a flower and I then heard “take a picture!” So I did and kept taking pictures of different things in nature, which is my favorite thing to take pictures of. I then heard that I need to use my hobby to take pictures of nature, pray for a scripture to attach to that picture, then post it. I want to offer so much more with the pictures and Holy Spirit has downloaded so many ideas, but I am back at “I don’t have the money to invest.” A small side note, my husband lost his job due to a back injury so we went from 2 incomes to 1. He worked in the oil filed so he was the main bread winner in our family and we lived ok until now. So not only did we go down to just my income, I also had this side business that I was trying to build up. This will be another post….
God truly amazing love:
One main reason I want to share this is because I want to show you all how amazing our God is! When I came back from Fully Alive, I shared on my business page that I was no longer going to be selling what I originally was selling but would be transitioning into the pictures….but oh, was I all wrong!! For the past few months, I was staying up late at night just searching for a remote job that I could do on my own time. I am an LVN and work Monday through Friday with kids in extra curricular activities so having a second job was out of the question..if i could avoid it. I was racking my brain around what I could do to earn extra income to help catch up our bills and to where we can live not worrying about how we was going to pay the next bill. So on one particular night I was exhausted and kept hitting one dead end after another. I just cried out to God to please show me what I needed to do to help my family. We are to the point that grocery shopping was not happening, we just grabbed what little food we could when we could. At this point I am in tears with still no answers on how I can help my family. (Another side note, we did have church members bless us tremendously with making 2 house payments but I know bills don’t quit coming.) By the time I felt like I had exalted all options it was midnight and I had to work the next day. I closed my iPad, jumped in the shower, and while I was in there I heard that I should google best side business in 2024. Now usually when I think about something on my own, I am forgetting it if there is even a minute that passes. But I did not this time, only reason I know it was from God. So I jumped on my phone and googled just what I heard. I scrolled not even 5 seconds on the page that I just clicked and I felt so much joy come over me! It was like this particular thing was just so bright that I could not believe it! God had not only answered my prayers, but he answered quick after my prayer to Him. Now this is something that has only been in the making for not even a week. But I am back to selling items, my website is built, and I have a bunch of amazing products posted that is below what others are asking. ( http://www.ftam.online if you want to check it out.) If you think, “how does she know this is even going to work out,” I know because God told me so, he showed me EVERYTHING that I needed to do to make this a success and I intend to do just that.

Now this blog is something else that God has been putting on my heart to do. But I was not really being obedient with that and one thing that my pastor has taught me is God will not give you the next task until you finish the current one He has you on. I started this blog and not long after I got my answer on how to help my family, my new task! I also just stopped and gave everything to Him, I was trying to sit in the driver seat of my life when it was not my place to do. God knows what we are doing before we do it. We just have to trust Him in everything and fully surrender to Him. I want to take you on this journey to show you how God showed up and He can do the same for you, if you let HIM!
